24 Hours in 500ppm Ga3, then 10 Mins 10% bleach & 1 drop tween-20/ Sterile water rinse 5 mins. Transfer to 2/3 Knudson C medium - Germination occured in 12 days!! pics to follow!

Here are my 2 month old seedlings. Ones on left in agar based media, on right in liquid media, currently looking to see if this has much effect... and yes one of the liquid media seedlings is smaller - it germinated later.

Excellent!!

For those with PPM, don't add it to the bleach. Instantly makes it inert because of the ph.

The bleach soak should do fine by itself.

PPM also has good success used alone. Just soak in 2% ppm for 10 - 12 minutes and add to culture. Let most of the PPM drain free first, but rinsing is not needed.
